Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

​

• You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

​

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

​

• You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

​

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

​

• Original postage costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

​

• We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage, in line with your statutory rights.

This includes downloadable materials and on-demand courses.

• By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately after purchase.

• Once access to digital content has been provided, refunds are not available, unless the content is faulty or not as described.

• Where access has not yet been granted, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Cancellation rights and refunds for live or scheduled courses will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

• Where places are limited, refunds may not be available once a course has commenced.
