The My CAT Therapy Diary is intended for use by clients or patients who are in active treatment with a qualified therapist and is not designed for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

Our products and courses are intended for users aged 16 years and over. By accessing or purchasing our content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Courses and Training

• Courses provided by Learn with CATO are educational in nature.

• Participation in a course does not confer professional qualification, accreditation, or fitness to practise unless explicitly stated.

• Course content is not a substitute for formal professional training (unless explicitly stated), supervision, or independent clinical judgement.

• Access to digital content may be time-limited or subject to reasonable changes.

5. Educational Tools and Physical Products

• Our tools are designed to support learning, reflection, teaching, and professional practice.

• They may be used in practice at the user’s own professional discretion.

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate training, competence, and supervision when applying these tools in clinical or professional contexts.

• Learn with CATO does not provide clinical advice through the sale of physical products.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Learn with CATO does not accept liability for the manner in which products or course materials are used, nor for outcomes arising from their use.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Subject to the above, Learn with CATO’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or course.

• Access to digital content is provided via third-party platforms. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical issues, or service outages beyond our reasonable control.

7. Professional Responsibility

Use of Learn with CATO products and courses does not replace:

• appropriate professional training,

• clinical supervision,

• adherence to professional, ethical, or regulatory standards.

Responsibility for clinical decision-making and professional conduct remains solely with the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, and products are the intellectual property of Learn with CATO unless otherwise stated.

• Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, shared, resold, or made available to third parties without prior written permission.

• Purchase of a product or course grants a personal, non-transferable licence for individual or professional use. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are listed in GBP and include or exclude VAT as stated.

• Payment must be made in full or by instalments (where available) at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting completed purchases.

• Payments are processed via third-party platforms and payment providers (including Podia and Stripe). By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms and conditions of those providers.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

• Physical products: refunds are subject to our returns policy and UK consumer law.

• Digital products and courses: refunds may be limited once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.
