The My CAT Therapy Diary is intended for use by clients or patients who are in active treatment with a qualified therapist and is not designed for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

Our products and courses are intended for users aged 16 years and over. By accessing or purchasing our content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Learn with CATO’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or course.

Access to digital content is provided via third-party platforms. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical issues, or service outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Professional Responsibility
Use of Learn with CATO products and courses does not replace:

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, and products are the intellectual property of Learn with CATO unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a product or course grants a personal, non-transferable licence for individual or professional use. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
9. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include or exclude VAT as stated.

Payment must be made in full or by instalments (where available) at the time of purchase.
