A little about my CAT journey so far
Prior to qualifying as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist, I have worked with people in healthcare since 2006, when I started my initial training as a Learning Disability Nurse. I also went on to train as a dual registered Mental Health Nurse in 2012 and I worked predominantly in the community with children, families and adults in the NHS until 2024.

I completed my training as a Cognitive Analytic Practitioner in South London (Formerly St. Thomas') between 2016 - 2020 and I have since been accredited with the UKCP as a CAT Psychotherapist, following graduation from the IRRAPT course in 2025.

In addition to being the Vice-chair of ACAT, I also run Learn with CATO, a training organisation teaching various levels of CAT training.
